NV: Haley Joel Osment Allegedly Threatens Las Vegas Airport Agent After Missing Flight

Feb. 05–Haley Joel Osment was just trying to leave Las Vegas.

The former child actor allegedly lashed out at officials at McCarran International Airport after missing his Sunday night flight.

Osment, 29, was put on standby, then went back to the airport at 7 a.m. Monday, according to TMZ.

When he was told that the early flight was already sold out, Osment allegedly began shouting at gate agents, then left before police arrived.

Osment reportedly returned an hour later and yelled “I’ll destroy you” at an agent, a witness told TMZ.

American Airlines confirmed the incident, but would not identify the passenger.

“A passenger on the evening of Sunday, Feb. 4, missed their flight at Las Vegas. As a courtesy, they were placed on standby for another flight this morning from Las Vegas,” the airline said in a statement to the Daily News.

“Due to the passenger’s behavior toward our team members this morning, law enforcement was summoned to the gate. The passenger was upset we would not confirm him on a flight, after he missed his flight the previous evening.”

A rep for Osment did not immediately return a request for comment.
